Webhook & Pipeline Data

We process and temporarily store webhook payloads, pipeline configurations, subscriber URLs, delivery attempt logs, HTTP response codes, and error messages as part of operating the service.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the platform to improve our service. This is handled by our analytics provider (Seline).

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Evently platform
• Process and deliver webhooks through your configured pipelines
• Authenticate your identity and secure access to your account
• Send transactional emails (account verification, security alerts)

4. Data Retention

Webhook payloads, job records, and delivery attempt logs are retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a pipeline, all associated jobs, delivery attempts, and subscriber data are permanently removed. 5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HMAC-SHA256 webhook signature verification, encrypted connections (TLS), secure session management, and timing-safe cryptographic comparisons. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We share data with the following third-party services:

• Neon — Database hosting (stores your account data, pipelines, and webhook logs)
• Seline — Analytics (anonymous usage data, subject to your cookie consent)
• Your subscriber URLs — Webhook payloads are delivered to the endpoints you configure
