By accessing or using Evently ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Evently provides a webhook management platform that allows you to create pipelines for ingesting, transforming, filtering, enriching, and delivering webhook payloads to subscriber endpoints. The Service includes a dashboard for managing pipelines, monitoring jobs, and viewing delivery attempt history.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all data transmitted through your pipelines. We process webhook payloads solely to operate the Service (apply your configured actions and deliver to your subscribers). We do not sell, share, or use your payload data for any purpose other than providing the Service. All incoming webhooks are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signatures; unsigned or invalid requests are rejected.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime or delivery failures beyond our reasonable control.
Evently makes best-effort delivery of webhooks to your configured subscriber URLs. Failed deliveries are automatically retried up to 5 times with exponential backoff. We are not responsible for failures caused by your subscriber endpoints being unreachable, returning errors, or taking too long to respond (timeout: 10 seconds).
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all pipelines, jobs, subscribers, and associated data will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evently and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking formal resolution.
